A privately owned
caravan with three bedrooms all of
which are heated, double bedroom has wardrobe, dressing table
and additional cupboard space. Single rooms have twin beds,
wardrobe and shelving space. There is also a sofa bed in
lounge. Duvets and pillows are
provided, however we don't supply the bed linen. |
| A well equipped
kitchen with microwave,
fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and ample storage. The caravan
is fitted with fire and CO2 alarms, and a fire extinguisher is
located in the kitchen. Dining area and expansive seating area
in lounge. Lounge has a gas fireplace, cupboard space, and is
complete with TV/DVD/Freeview (Digital TV). |

Exterior, has large
decking area with ramp to access, with patio furniture provided.
Car parking is to the side of the caravan with space for 2 (or
possibly 3) cars.

The caravan is located
50yds from beach and shops, children's play area is located at
top of drive. Club with entertainment, and heated swimming pool
is a 5 minute walk away.
As this is a family owned caravan, and out of respect for
non-smoking holiday makers, there is a strictly no-smoking
policy inside the caravan.
