The following terms and conditions will apply to your booking.

The person named on the booking form/key form will be responsible
for all the members of his/her party. A contract
between you and us will come into existence when we
issue you with your written confirmation documents.

Payment can be made in full or by deposit to reserve your holiday
reservation. The deposit required to reserve your
holiday is 50% of the full booking price.

The balance payment must be paid 42 days (6 weeks) prior to the
start of your holiday. If a booking is made within
42 days of the start of your holiday payment must be
made in full at the time of booking.

Failure to pay the full cost of your holiday by the balance due
date may result in the cancellation of your holiday
reservation without any refund.

Arrival time is no earlier than 3pm, departure time is 10.00 am.

If you wish to cancel your holiday please telephone either Jean or
Narelle using the mobile numbers stated on the main
page. Your cancellation must also be notified to us
in writing with the return of any documents to us.
Your cancellation date will start from the day we
receive your written confirmation. In addition to
any charge for privilege passes you will incur the
following cancellation charges as shown below, which
will cover our costs.

Please note that the minimum charge is per week (or part week)
cancelled.

We the owners intend our caravan to be used for family holidays
and are unable to accept bookings for groups of
young people of mixed or single sex under the age of
21 years or single sex parties of any age.

No pets are allowed in the caravan under any circumstances. If you
are found with a pet you will be asked to leave
without any refund, in addition you will be sent a
bill for a full spring clean of the caravan and any
additional cleaning required.

Cleaning : the caravan will be thoroughly cleaned between holidays
however because only a limited period is available
in which to clean the caravan we expect you to leave
the caravan and its contents clean and tidy.

You the hirer are responsible for the caravan and undertakes all
reasonable care of it and to replace any breakages
or damage caused. All items of inventory can be
purchased from Lydstep beach stores located at the
main reception.

We the owners reserve the right to cancel your confirmed booking
at anytime, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond
our control and refund all monies paid. In no event
shall any monies refunded exceed the rental for the
caravan.

We the owners will not be liable for any injury or death, loss of
property, damage suffered by the hirer or any member
of your party, your belongings are also your own
risk during your stay.

All information is given in good faith but no warranties are made
regarding information provided, either written or
oral.

We the owners and/or our representatives retain the right to enter
our caravan at any reasonable time to carry out any
repairs deemed necessary to the caravan or any
equipment with your consent.

If you wish to change your holiday arrangements once we have
issued your holiday confirmation a fee of will be
charged.

Privilege passes are to be arranged by yourselves. If you have
paid for your passes in advance, you can collect
from reception on your arrival. Privilege passes
entitle you to full use of the Bradley Bear club;
swimming pools plus all the entertainment
facilities.

We the owners will not be responsible for any change of
entertainment facilities as these are arranged by
Lydstep beach.

We will endeavour to meet your specific requests, but are very
sorry, they cannot be guaranteed.

All electrical and gas appliances in the caravan are tested once a
year.

Customers are asked not to bring privately owned electrical
appliances to the caravan as they may 'trip' your
caravans fuse box, if customers do so, they use the
equipment at their own risk.

As this is a family owned caravan, and out of respect for
non-smoking holiday makers, there is a strictly
no-smoking policy inside the caravan.

We wish to give you time to consider these conditions. If they are
unacceptable to you then please contact us within 4
working days and confirm in writing for a full
refund.
Our commitment to you
We the owners endeavour to maintain at all times the
highest possible standards. So with this in mind in the
event of any complaint, faults or breakages arising
either on arrival or once occupation has commenced, this
must be brought to the attention of the owners (via the
reception office or direct to us) immediately so that we
may investigate and attempt to rectify as soon as
possible. Requests for compensation will not be
considered after the holiday has ended.
