 French doors open out onto the veranda which has a lovely view to Caldey Island. Free standing furniture, one sofa, which opens out into a double bed, and two chairs. There is a coffee table and a TV unit which holds a flat screen TV, DVD player and a digital Freeview box.  Currently there is a modest selection of games, books and DVD’s. The living room also benefits from a modern electric fire.

 Modern open plan kitchen with dining table and four chairs. Mains gas oven with hob, large fridge freezer, built in microwave, toaster, kettle, George Foreman grill, sandwich maker, crockery and cutlery.

Modern white bathroom suite with large walk in shower, toilet, sink, razor point and ample storage. 

Spacious master bedroom with en-suite toilet and wash hand basin. There is ample storage space with wardrobes and large dressing table built in.

This bedroom has twin beds, which can be made into a double if required, a small wardrobe and bedside table.

Large veranda with patio furniture, very private and safe for children. The veranda has excellent sea views across to Caldey Island. Private parking for one car.

 A 10 minute walk away is the club house which is situated in the old manor; this provides entertainment for all the family. There is also a heated indoor swimming pool and games arcade in the clubhouse. Passes are required and although not supplied they can be obtained from the office. The launderette, site supermarket and office are a 5 minute walk away situated between the caravan and the clubhouse. There is a children’s park within 5 minutes walk.

 A security bond of £100 is required for all bookings.
