Welcome to our 2
bedroom holiday home, situated 50 metres from the steps to the
beach, with spectacular sea views. |
| Our home
offers stunning, uninterrupted views over Lydstep bay across to
Caldey and St. Margaret's Islands. These glorious views can be
enjoyed from our large decked area with furniture and stretches
to the front and side with a lockable gate. |

LOUNGE: Good size lounge with
front and side windows offering those glorious views, digital
television (if you can tear yourself away from the views), DVD
player, Stereo, Playstation 2 with a selection of DVDs, Games
and books for children and adults alike. The comfortable fitted
sofa offers plenty of seating and a pull out double bed. |

DINING AREA: Four seater round
table. (A child's booster seat is available if needed). |

KITCHEN: Well equipped with
toaster, kettle, microwave, 4 ring gas cooker, grill and oven,
iron, pull out ironing board, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils,
crockery etc.
MAIN BEDROOM: Comfortable
double bed with side and overbed storage as well as a double
wardrobe and en-suite W.C. |

BEDROOM 2: Twin beds with
cupboard spaces. These beds may be pushed together to provide a
further double if needed. (We can also provide a child's bed
guard and travel cot (please request at time of booking)
BATHROOM: White suite
comprising of Twin power shower, sink and toilet.
We also offer a selection of inside and outside children's toys.
SITE FACILITIES: Heated
indoor pool which also offers different activities for children
and adults (please ask at reception for times, days and costs.)
Clubhouse with bar and restaurant offering children's Bradley
Bear entertainment and Evening adult entertainment, amusement
arcade, Decked seating area, with children's playground and
patio heaters. (Fun passes may be purchased at reception).
Lydstep Beach also offer different activities with the Park
Ranger (again days and times available at reception). Boat and
jet-ski launching is also available here subject to providing
insurance and RYA and separate fees will be payable. Further
park facilities include a well stocked shop, launderette and
large children's adventure playground.
We are happy to take bookings for summer 2007 and further into
the year from families and couples, however we do apologise that
we cannot accept large group bookings and pets. We do not allow
smoking inside our holiday home, this is for the comfort of our
family and further holidaymakers. Please bring own bed linen,
towels and tea towels, however duvets, pillows and mattress
covers are provided. A fully refundable security bond of £100.00
is required at time of booking.
