Our extremely well
looked after and cared for holiday home boasts a fabulous large
decked area, landscaped garden backdrop complimenting the breath
taking views of the sea, St Margaret’s Bay and Caldey Island. |

the end of a quiet row and enjoying the luxury of having no
caravans directly to the front or the side our much admired spot
is little more than a leisurely 70 paces to the beach in front
and a very short walk to the Club House and park amenities. What
more could you want! |

Before you share our creature
comforts you will need to take in the views from the fantastic
clear as crystal windows – they impress us every time we look
out of them!

corner group and 2 armchairs, TV unit housing a wide screen TV
with integrated DVD and video and a Sky digital box (bring your
sky card), a Stereo CD/minidisk player with radio, a wide
selection of videos, DVD’s and CD’s coffee table, ceiling fan
and some fleecy throws and a flame effect fire for cosy nights
in. |

There’s only one thing that will distract you when dining at the
table and that’s the view of St Margaret’s bay out to Caldey
Island and beyond - perfect for entertaining 4 people.

Spacious, smart and highly functional modern fitted kitchen with
everything you’ll need for those of you who love self-catering.
Offers generous storage, work surfaces and lighting, Stoves gas
oven with grill and hob, extractor hood, large fridge/freezer,
microwave, integral ironing board and all the essential
appliances, cleaning products, utensils, tableware and
complimentary condiments. |

Bedroom 1 Master bedroom with en-suite
Generous sized bedroom, outlook to the rear garden bank with its
mature shrubs and visiting birds, luxury king-sized bed,
excellent built in storage, beside tables and lights,
radio/alarm, TV/video linked to Sky housed in the wardrobe.
Duvet, cover, sheets, pillows, pillow cases, hand towel and
toiletries are provided. |
Bedroom 2
2 single beds can be either a twin or double room when pushed
together. Either way, enjoy the private aspect with honeysuckle
outside the window, plenty of functional built-in storage plus a
bedside table. 2 single duvets, 2 single duvet covers, I double
duvet. I double duvet cover, sheets, 6 pillows and pillowcases,
hairdryer are provided and for your entertainment you’ll find
games for indoors and outdoors, puzzles, more videos, books
stored in the cupboards.
Bathroom:
A modern suite in white, double shower with 2 built in seats and
power-shower, wash hand basin with vanity mirror/cupboard above
and below and WC. Hand towel and essential toiletries are
provided. Please bring your own bath towels.
Outside:
We love this spot and when you stay in our caravan you’ll
appreciate why - fantastic for eating alfresco any time of the
day or night. Watch some amazing sunsets and sunrises from the
large private decked veranda. It’s a real suntrap, nicely
sheltered and the surrounding landscaped garden with its wealth
of beautiful and established plants, trees and shrubs enhances
the retreat experience. Enjoy relaxing on the loungers or dining
at the large table complete with sun parasol. This caravan also
has its own driveway.
Location: For
your leisure:
The Club house situated in the old manor is just a very short
stroll away and offers a bar and lounge serving good selection
of hot and cold food, a variety of evening entertainment, a
large TV screen great for watching sport, fully heated swimming
pool with changing rooms, showers and lockers. The park shop,
park office and launderette are also very close at hand. Lydstep
Beach Village is on a convenient bus route to Tenby and an
affordable taxi service is also available.
For your pleasure:
In minutes you can find yourself walking through the beautiful
woodland taking you to the headland and the award winning
Pembrokeshire coastal path renowned for its conservation and
stunning views. If you love the outdoors, walking, painting,
photography, nature, bird watching, cycling, climbing, sailing,
boating, fishing and water-sports then this is so the place to
stay.
Lydstep Beach Village has its own Green Team with a Park Ranger
employed by the National Park ensuring that conservation and
preservation. We encourage all those staying to respect the
beautiful and immaculate natural environment, conserve energy
and use the on-site recycling facilities. Thanks.
