Welcome to our brand new
exclusive 12ft x 39ft ABI Allerton 3 Bedroom caravan.
It is an amazing
spacious pitch which sits on top of the beach with amazing views
of the full bay and Caldey Island. At hide tide you can
even fish off the decking.
It is also only a
short walk to the club house (20 Metres)

Living Area.
There is a large open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner which is
fully equipped. There is a 28” Plasma, Free view, Play station,
DVD and lots of games, books and a large selection of DVD’s. The
kitchen has a large fridge and separate large freezer.

Bedrooms
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, another with 2
single beds and the third also has 2 single beds but the one bed
slides underneath the other for extra space or for a travel cot. |
WC
There are two bathrooms one with a double stand in shower with
hand basin and toilet the another has a toilet with hand basin.
There is
gas central heating and double glazing
in all of the rooms.
We are sorry we cannot accept Under Twenty – one, Same Sex
Groups, No pets or Smoking is permitted in our home.
