the perfect centre for Coastal Walks, Sightseeing, Water
sports and many other activities.

| Our privately owned caravan is situated 1min. from a
private beach which has fantastic views over Caldey Island.
Close by are the parks amenities which include the following
–Entertainment Complex with indoor heated Swimming pool,
daily adult and children’s entertainment programs. Licensed
Bar and Restaurant Also on park is a shop, launderette and
children’s play park. |

The caravan is 12’wide x39’long, double glazed and has
full central heating. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 persons
. It has a large lounge with gas fire, there is a 32”T.V.
Sky receiver, Free view box, and DVD player. Included also
is an Audio system, and selection of DVD’s and games. |

Kitchen/dinner----is fully equipped with Range cooker,
fridge, microwave Etc . Outside ---is a secured veranda with
patio furniture including Gas barbeque. Parking for two
vehicles.
A complete Bedding Service is provided with Beds made up
prior to your arrival.
