Please note that club passes are not included in the caravan
hire cost. If, however, you would like to take advantage of
Bourne Leisure's 2009 offer of attractively reduced prices for
pre-booked passes, then we would be happy to arrange that for
you and prices would be as follows:-

There is a well stocked shop/bakery on the complex and a
laundry room.
Boat and jet-ski launching is also available.
We are sorry we cannot accept all male/female groups or
unaccompanied under 21's.
Pets are not allowed and we have a strict no smoking policy
in our home. This is for the comfort of our guests.
