This is what it's all about - a whole range of amazing water-based facilities and activities for every age and ability, and all completely free. It's all about having fun and gaining that extra bit of confidence in the water.
Beautiful setting looking out to Caldey Island. There is plenty for the children to do in terms of activities, many of which are free. Dai the ranger is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. You to have to buy passes, which for a large family is expensive, but worth it. The site is not over large, the staff are friendly and helpful. This was our 3rd visit, and certainly seems to be an annual event for our family. Restaurant food is ok ish, but not cheap, as you're a captive audience. We did however enjoy a breakfast on our last morning, which was better value.
Just returned home from a great week at lydstep. The caravan was lovely, the site was safe and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the Rangers Rich & Digh? (Not sure how to spell his name) we did a few ranger activities and they were fantastic with our children and they were down to earth nice people! Thank you so much! Keep doing what you do guys 😀
Haven Holidays have really thought about how to make the most of your leisure time, every park is different but Lydstep Beach is the best place to go to really relax and appreciate how to get away from it all,it is so peaceful and quiet. Our caravan was situated on a high level but we could park outside but it was on a steep hill so be careful when booking.
There is plenty to do nearby where you can take a short trip into Tenby where there are plenty of shops and restaurants,it can get a bit busy at times so be prepared for parking problems. On the whole it's worth thinking about going if you want to get away from it all.
This year has been a record year for Holidays in the UK Next year is expected to be even better.
